Chapter 56: Jack's Jazz...Wrong Reason; Right One

Jack feels completely uncertain about Jazz. Since that damaging photos was taken, he didn’t speak with her once. He sends William to stay close and his man was also off-line. This worry and frustrates him. It would seem since he lost his empire, his word doesn’t carry much weight.

“Hello Jack,”

John Warren sits across from him looking very satisfied about something.

“What do you want?”

“Trying to reach the wife?” he asked tauntingly.

“What are you talking about?” Jack looked from him to the phone and back into his face.

“My boys are keeping the wife busy for the moment. I must say she is a handful.”

Jack glared in alarm at his father. His hear beat fast with building fury. He moves to stand up but was quickly forced to sit down.

“Careful, boy.”

Jack becomes aware of the pistol pointing at him. He carefully sits down facing his father squarely. He decided to looked properly at the man. In appearance they do look similar but age wasn’t kind to him. Or rather his life style left the mark
