Jude pulled away from me and stared at my sister. Breanna tagged right in after her.
"What's going on?" Linda's tone was blank and it made my heart beat faster but I beat Jude to soeaking before he went ahead to say lies against me.
"Your fucking husband, that's what, this bastard assaulted me, what the fuck?" I snapped in his face and now that I had control of my hands, I hit him hard across the face.
"Jane!" Linda gasped, "are you out of your mind? Get out of my house right this instant."
"Excuse me?" I couldn't believe my ears.
"I'll deal with things on my own, I can't believe you'd go far enough to flirt with Jude, I-" she said but I cut her off.
