Chapter Sixty

"That's a lie; I want you, and I love you," he replied, then kissed my hair while I kept trying to swat out my tears. I was ruining his shirt, but he did not seem to mind.

He just kept clutching me and rubbing my back, making me feel a bit good, but then I heard the door close, but I was too hurt to find out who it was.

"I don't doubt it because a witch we saw on the road a long time ago called me Healer, but I did not understand what she was saying, and now I am being told the same thing: How can she do this to me?" I lamented while batting tears.

"Let it all out. Stop holding back," he told me, and then I remembered what he did.

He was one of the people who did not want me, at least not outside the bedroom, so I pushed him off.

"What?" He asked trying to draw me close but grabbed my hand back.

"Sorry for ruining your shirt; I don't have any money that isn't yours, but I will make sure to buy you the same one when I go shopping," I said, then turned to where Heaven was sitting, but
