Chapter One Hundred and Thirteen

Lucas was haunted by what he had said as the days passed and there was no sight of her, his Patrollers had searched every acre of their land, and all they had found was the place where she had been sick. When he told the Consultant she had not been found he said earnestly,

‘You must find her Alpha this is not looking good’

It was a week later when the Patrollers found the disturbed rocks and the missing clothes reporting it quickly back to their Alpha and he called a meeting,

‘It would appear the Luna has headed back into the human city again, we have no choice now, I have no interest in hurting those humans that we have allowed to live there but if they get in my way they will be killed. All of you, no hiding I don’t care if you tear that city to pieces, you will find the Luna and bring her home.’
