"Axel, please take a bath," I said desperately as I went up the stairs to the first floor.

I saw Axel running down the hallway completely naked "Axel says, NO, mama!" he laughed.

Tears came to my eyes. That day Axel had been particularly unmanageable, he had done nothing but rebel at my every request, shout and run around the house. I was physically and mentally broken, I couldn’t take it anymore. 

I climbed the steps of the wooden stairs, grabbing myself by the railing, moving slowly as my belly had grown over the last few weeks. I was about to enter the sixth month, and moving was starting to be difficult.
