Chapter 30; Troubles in doubles

Cody sped angrily through the hood to his house. He was angry at himself for being that careless. When he got in Seth stared at him and immediately knew something was wrong. He went straight to the study and started throwing books around and banging his hands in the wall. Seth just stood there staring at him. He had never seen him that mad before as Cody had always been a well composed person. Seth shook his head and called some maids to tidy up the study. Cody marched upstairs knocking down paintings and vases. He went to the balcony. Minutes later Seth joined him there, with a ceramic cup on a saucer.

“Here Mr. Whyte, some chamomile tea” he smiled and offered it to him. Cody took a sip and placed them on the bannister.

“Mr. Whyte is anything bothering you?” He enquired.

“She said she was on family planning and now she’s pregnant and she’s pretending to be mad at the hospital that put her on the plan”
