"What's wrong?" Finally, Alex asked.

"I don't know, but something happened. She is in danger," Lucas replied while still trying to contact Alice. The phone rang, but there was no answer, yet Lucas kept dialing her number.

"Pick up the call!" He shouted in frustration and pain. Alex was also panicked, seeing Lucas in such distress.

Lucas was a man who never lost control, but today, seeing him, Alex felt uneasy.

Alex immediately alerted security and ordered them to find out where Alice was. When they came out of the elevator, bodyguards were already in position, and Alex also received Alice's location.

He informed Lucas, and they rushed to the location. The car came to a stop as Alice's location was displayed—it was one of the city's most famous restaurants.

"She is there," Alex was the first to spot Alice. She was lying just a few meters away from the restaurant's main entrance. It was almost ten o'clock, so no one had noticed her.
