FREYA POV

We followed Helen as she directed us to where the witch boy was. Well, he isn't much of a boy.

He's a man now. I wonder what he looked like. She took us to as deep part of the forest. There was a waterfall there. It was serene, the type of place you would go to when you wanted a moment of peace.

"He usually comes here to meditate. The type of power he has needs a lot of concentration." She said.

"How long has he been staying at the cottage?" I asked.

"He's been staying there since I rescued him from death. My husband was the town prosecutor." She said

"Where is he now?" I asked her.

"He is dead. But he lived a full life." She said and I smiled

"I'm sure he did." I said. She touched my shoulder and went back to what she was telling us.

"My husband and I couldn't believe that he did it. It just didn't seem possible. There was no trace of blood.
