Red POV

I flickered, my eyes opened, and my head was banging. I felt like someone hit a bell on my head.

“Easy,” the voice said, and my eyes opened widely. Aurelian was sitting beside me on the bed. I was confused. How did I get here?

“Are you okay?” he asked. I touched my head, and I noticed there was a towel on my head, and I was sweating.

“I don’t know,” I whispered, my voice hoarse.

“You’re hot; your body is heating up, and you keep murmuring in your sleep,” he said, touching my forehead. Why do I feel so hot?

“How did I get here?” I asked. He looked at me weirdly.

“You don’t remember?” he asked, surprised. I shook my head.

“You left with that wolf, and you didn’t come back. We searched for you and saw you passed out in the woods near a pond,” he said, and I remembered. Aurora visited me, and when she left, I passed out. I looked at Aurelian; my throat was dry, I felt hot, and for some reason I felt horny.
