Chapter Sixty-five: He is not Abel.

KALIFE’S POV

We have two rendezvous, the one in the forest close to the temple and the one in the city. We had decided on our way back, to head straight for the city rendezvous so we could check the books we brought from the temple and understand what we had on them.

So we would find out about Abel and what exactly to tell the king about him.

The place was located behind an old shop owned by a lazy old man. Liam thought of the place because it was secluded and the old man rarely opened the shop. So people rarely notice us there.

Lucas got there first, our bags on his back, he let them down, opening the door while Liam and I stopped one after the other beside the house shifting back.

Liam walked to his brother and helped him take the bag while Lucas continued to unlock the place. I stayed behind them wondering.
