"So what does the result say and when would my surgery be scheduled?" Megan asked. She was currently in the hospital, in the office of her doctor. She was trying to know how this sickness worked and how it could be treated as quickly as possible. She had just taken a test and was waiting for the doctor to tell her the result.

"Hmm. Your results seem better now that you have started to take your medications but that does not mean you are very safe as tragedy could occur at any time." Her doctor said then continued. "As for your surgery, I still have to monitor you closely to know when the surgery would be needed. I cannot just make rash decisions and would have to monitor you. If anything should occur, I will schedule the surgery as soon as possible."

His words sounded assuring and at the same time, they troubled her.

"So what you are trying to say is that I still have to be monitored closely before I can have surgery? Why can't I not do it now? I am ready to do it now." She said.
