DISGRACE

Arin flung her bag when she found out that he wasn't in his office. She slumped on the sofa, her mind racing with possibilities, wondering where Gerald could have been. He had been refusing to answer her call since last night, but she didn't want to call Hazel as she wasn't sure if she was with him. Where could Hazel have gone too? Why were they absent at the same time? This never happened. Arin became so restless, unable to balance her thoughts.

Arin decided to take a walk around the office again, maybe she had missed a clue or a hint of where both Gerald and Hazel were. As she walked around, she saw some employees working at their desks. She smiled at them and asked, "Hi, have you seen Gerald or Hazel? I've been looking for them for a while."

"I don't think I have seen any of them. Is there any problem?" One of the employees answered.
