Becca POV

"Bas," I whispered, my eyes widening with shock as I took him in. Although I knew deep down he was around, seeing him here still felt surreal.

"What the hell do you think you're doing?" Bas growled, glaring at Joe, his voice dripping with fury.

"I'm sorry," Joe stammered, his Confident melting away.

Bas's grip on Joe tightened for a moment before he released him. "Get out," he commanded, his voice icy and firm.

Joe didn't need to be told twice. He scrambled away, leaving just me and Bas standing amidst the silent graves.

With a sigh, Bas turned to look at me. "You should leave," he said, his tone softer but still distant.

I stood there in silence, staring at him. After four years apart, he looked as handsome as ever. His hair had grown a little longer, and he now sported a subtle stubble. He appeared more buff, his physique more defined than before. My eyes traced the lines of his body before returning to his face, meeting his gaze.

"That's all?" I asked, my voice trembling
