Chapter 35

Kiara pov

I was in the rain the tears running down my face but there was nothing that I could do about it I had been made homeless in less than a second and I couldn't believe that this was happening to me life was already difficult enough my mother had been facing such a horrible illness and now all of this has happened to me as well I tried to go into the rain to look for some other shelter that could help me in this terrible storm but I found nothing and eventually I slept to the floor into a puddle I was shaking from my head to my toe and yet I couldn't get up my entire body was frozen as I remain in that position wondering if this was how I was going to die in a dirty place surrounded by the rain and with nobody to help me maybe I should have expected it from the start I guess I had to not hope that my life could be better.
