When I was finally able to pick my jaw from the ground immediately backed away from her scooting back a few inches. She seems to be flabbergasted by this, her own jaw falling down to the floor and her eyes going wide with surprise.

"Why are you so shocked?"

She said to me as if what she had just dropped so casually was what was supposed to be a normal conversation between a boss and his secretary. I told her that it couldn't be possible because if indeed I had an affair with her it would mean that I didn't love my wife.

Suddenly the creepiest smile came to her lips and she looked at me then she told me that I had already figured out every little piece of a puzzle and it was just left for me to have my memories back then she stepped closer to me and I told her to stay away she smiles at me even wider and she told me once more that if I just decided to sleep with her only once then I would know that everything that's happened between the two of us was real.
