Hazel’s POV

" That would be all for today, Miss Hazel. If you have any other complaints, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I'd love to hear from you." He said.

" Thank you very much, sir." I smiled. His questions were refreshing, and for the first time, I felt safe. It looked like he genuinely cared about his patient.

He adjusted his stethoscope, "Would you like to wait in the reception, since we are done? The results come out tomorrow ." He reminded me.

" Okay."

I spent almost thirty minutes waiting for Logan in the reception. I was also bored out of my mind. I tapped my foot and watched a show that was airing on the TV.

" Hello, ma'am." I went to the nursing station.

A nurse looked up from the computer, " Good afternoon, Miss Hazel. How may I help you?" She smiled politely.

" Did you see the Alpha Son pass by?" I asked. It was almost an hour and he hadn't returned. I was beginning to get worried.
