Chapter fifty nine

Collin's POV

Breathing hard as I struggled to open my eyes it felt like a certain force was holding me down. Preventing me from making a move. When I finally pushed myself from the bed, beads of sweat laced my forehead.

I was having the same nightmare again, this time it had me shifting and running for dear life. It bothers me that I sort of act cowardly in the bid to protect myself, when I was suppose to face them and stand in for myself.

Standing up groggily, I groaned my way to the bathroom to wash up my face. Checking the time it's almost noon. I must have slept for long hours, considering how late i had slept trying to work on Seth's school project.

Brushing up my teeth hurriedly, I made my way to the kitchen. Somehow, hunger got the better part of me and I couldn't keep a space to worry about what the nightmare is all about.
