Chapter forty three

Alessia's POV

I didn't realize I had zone out while telling the story. It seem like I could envision the exact scene of when my torment started right in front of me.

"Alessia!" Collin called out louder this time around.

Jolting out of my reverie, my heart pounded loudly. "Yes."

"Alessia!" Collin looked worried as he stood upright with his hand buried in his hair. "You scared me so bad. What happened to you? It's fine If you don't want to talk about it, let's just forget it."

Stretching out my hand, I pulled him close to me. "I am sorry I made you worried. It's just that I have never told the exact story to anyone before. I want to talk about it, that is if you don't mind listening."

Clasping my hands with his, Collin kissed it. "I am here for as long as you intend to talk."
