Where The Hell Have You Been!

Violet's POV

"It's saving time! I wanna save the world!"

That was my ringing tone, blasting into my ears. I didn't need to check the caller, that sound was customized whenever the hospital I work for was calling me. I did it so I would know it was an emergency.

And I think I am in for another round of emergencies. So tiring but worth doing!

"Dr Violet, there's an accident and we don't have enough hands. Please you have to help out" the receptionist's voice rang out from the receiver.

It was even louder than the ringtone that woke me and she sounded desperate too. That means the emergency must be really serious and plenty too. Did I actually think I would be free during this hectic period?

"I will be right there" I said, sighing.

I jumped up and quickly put on a polo and a blue jean. Looking at the wall clock, it wasn't even eleven PM yet. That means I haven't slept for an hour. I called for a taxi and I rushed out. I just hope it won't be late for me to get there.
