“Thousand is a bit too much for Lora!” Brittany exclaimed.

“It has top-notch security plus it meets all your requirements” Lora insisted.

“The highest I’m going is 800 bucks and that’s about it,” Brittany said.

Lora sighed “Can’t you use the money Cole gave you? Because we’re running out of options, I can lend you money if you want” Lora offered.

“Come on Lora I do want to be in debt again, also there’s a reason why I want to save money,” Brittany said sadly.

“Is it because of your mother’s house?” Lora asked.

Brittany nodded holding back tears. Brittany had lost her mother at age 12. The only property she owned was seized by her creditor. The agreement between the two was that the property would be returned the moment the debt was settled but every year the debt kept accumulating interest making it hard for Brittany to buy the house back.
