Chapter 35: Flight
“You wouldn’t think I get banned from coming to Italy?” Cayne asked in worry because they were going to fly today. They didn’t prepare anything else but themselves. Up until now, Jilly had not seen their baby and they were going to be on the same plane. Just the day before, Jilly decided to stop having midwives.
“If you do, do you think it was the DEA’s doing? No, it will be Marcus’ and he won’t do that.” Jilly replied and gave him a look of being stupid. She had been preparing for the flight ahead. She was thinking about her daughter and it got her nervous just thinking about being in the same room. There would be a possibility that Jilly would ask Grace to be put in the bedroom of the jet while she and Cayne would be in the sitting area. She didn’t know why, she was just not ready to face her yet.
“You know he hates my gut, right?” He tried to jog the memory of how the last time they had encountered in Italy.
“Of course, how could I forget.” Jilly shrugged
lalalandecemberI am aware that chapter 21 has two chapters posted, I accidentally did it. I asked my editor through email to delete one of those, but she has not replied to me. This new editor of mine is not so responsive as my old one, I think she left GN.

The knocking sound on the front door of Jilly’s house could be heard by everyone in the living room.
