I rushed back to Central Union Hospital as fast and as safely as I could. Once I arrived, I parked my car and hurried into the main doors. Kyle was waiting for me anxiously. He cared about Emma just as much as I did so he was eager to hear what Dr. Marsh had to say. “I waited for you before getting the information from the doc. I thought we should hear it together. Are you ready to head to his office he is waiting for us there.” Kyle said to me lightly. I took a deep breath and nodded.

We made our way past reception and the waiting room. I felt like every step was like walking through quicksand. No matter how fast I walked I felt like I was getting nowhere.
