Lian's POV

Trudging through the crowd, I made my way to the forefront where I had last seen the elderly man.

Surprisingly, the man and the lady were gone, only a few students from the crowd were scattered here and there, murmuring and laughing.

This is bad, I thought as I looked around. "Where are they? The man and the lady?" I charged toward the crowd, looking here and there, but nobody gave me an audience.

They turned their backs to leave and continued to murmur.

Angrily, I pulled a guy out from the crowd. He looked at me in astonishment and smirked as he raised his hand to hit me.

My guard seized his arm amidst the air and the stupid smirk the guy had fell off his face immediately.

I was sure he did not know that I was the Princess, my hunter shorts and jacket were a good cover.

Seeing the hilt of the sword I hid behind me, the guy's eyes shone wide and he fidgeted.

"Where is the man and the lady?" I asked plainly this time.

"I don't… I don't know, but the man dragged her along
