From the moment Leah left the company alone this evening, I couldn't stop worrying. This was the first time she'd do something like this and it worries me badly. Leah seems to have changed so much in just one day. She has never had lunch without me for as long as I can remember but today, she did that. Words can not explain how hurt I was when she refused to have lunch with me today and now this. I didn't know how to feel or react. But honestly, Isn’t she overreacting about this? It wasn't like I signed a business contract with an ex just to get back together with him.

Driving back home that day was torturous, I was so used to having a chatty Leah next to me each time.

“I miss you, Leah,” I mumbled.

Before I could realize it, tears were trickling down my face.

After driving for about twenty minutes, I finally got home. Upon reaching home, I made a quick decision to make Leah’s favorite dish and surprise her with it when she gets home. I didn't even bother changing my clothes,
