Hailey's POV. I resumed work at the hospital a week after tearing myself apart. I have to rebuild me for Kendall and me. We have gone back to the beginning, where we only had each other. I still feel him around me and so does Kendall because she tells me he pats her to sleep. Her room is always arranged every morning by the time she wakes up and this a sign that he's still here somehow. He's not even dead and if he was, I would have concluded that his ghost was doing all of this. Author’s POV.Zac's pack isn't the same again. The started a restructuring policy to get things back to order like relieving Cedric of his duties as the acting Alpha and reducing the staff work hours from 18 to 8, which was the initial hour they spent at work before Cedric decided to overwork them. The unmated maids were relieved of their suites and given care at the pack hospital they had to undergo many tests and body examinations to prove they were assaulted.
