Hailey's POV

Talking to Gabriella lifted up my spirit despite the fact that my heart kept going back to Alisha. How is she? I'm not as brutal as she is so I worry about her.

“Late night snack for you.” Diana sat beside me and stretched a bag towards me. I snatched it immediately and opened the bag to see the content. She bought a burrito for me.

“Awww, so cute Diana.” I cooed and Diana rolled her eyes. Mushy romance isn't her thing until Fisher gets involved. I threw the bag beside me and as I unwrapped the burrito, I was hit with the aroma of the sauce that smeared the wrapper. Whatever the diner downtown added to their burrito, it's the best.

I forced the tip of the burrito wrap into my mouth and took a big bite. It melted in my mouth like ice cream. I couldn't help but throw my bead backwards, savoring the food and munching on whatever remained in my mouth.
