Chapter Fourty Five

Marco’s POV

I feel a surge of frustration rising within me, the impatience to rescue Scarlett gnawing at my every thought. I turn to face Sage, my voice sharp and filled with raw emotion.

"I don't care where we start!" I exclaim, my voice cutting through the air. "We'll search every corner, every hideout, until we find them. We'll tear this world apart if we have to. But we will not rest until Scarlett is back by our side."

Sage takes a step back, momentarily taken aback by the intensity of my words. However, he quickly regains his composure and nods, his eyes conveying his unwavering loyalty.

"Understood," he says, his voice resolute. "I'll gather the best men we have, those we can trust implicitly. We'll leave no stone unturned in our pursuit of Scarlett and those who took her."
