Marco’s POV

As I kneel down beside the wounded soldier, a mix of emotions floods my being. Concern and urgency grip my heart, while anger simmers beneath the surface. I lean closer, my voice filled with a tremor of anxiety and frustration.

"What happened here?" I demand, my tone laced with urgency. "Where is Scarlett?"
