Kai's POV

Banners were placed at the town's gate which made my smile broader. It had a picture of Corey and me which was quite surprising because I didn't tell him that we were back together, then I remembered that our minds were linked so he could tell from my joyful emotions.

"This is so nice. It seems like your people have missed you a lot." Corey beamed with a smile and I noticed that she glowed differently.
