Leilani was laying down on a king sized bed inside the VIP room at the hospital, a drip attached to her hand and her eyes closed. She was only wearing a basketball outfit and her hair was pack into a messy bun by Serafina.

"How is she doing?" Mrs Carter said as she walked inside the room with two shopping bags in her hand.

"She haven't wake up yet after breastfeeding them, but the doctor said it is because of the medicine injected inside the drip." Serafina responded and touched Leilani's hand.

"She is so strong, I had no idea that she was carrying quadruplets inside her." Serafina muttered under her breath.

Right after giving birth to her babies Leilani became weak. She was transferred to the VIP section where her babies were brought to her after getting cleaned.
