Chapter 34

"Chelsey Jenson, how dare you sleep around when we're not even divorced yet? What do you take me for?" Lucas' voice boomed, prompting Chelsey and Timothy to cast astonished glances at him.

Instead of a lustful scene, which he had expected to see, Lucas found them engaged in arts.

Chelsey watched on with admiration as Timothy focused on creating a painting. The room was filled with an intellectual atmosphere, with no indecent activity in sight. Even the air smelled of the crisp and calming scent of paper and paint.

Knowing that Lucas must have misunderstood, Chelsey frowned at him and chided, "What's wrong with painting? You can be quite crass, can't you? Can't you at least show me some respect in front of our guest?"

Timothy merely cast an indifferent glance at Lucas before going back to painting. In contrast to Timothy's calmness, Lucas appeared brash and crude.

Lucas tried to suppress his anger. He went up to Timothy and asked calmly, "Are you painting?"
