I had no idea what Freya wanted to talk about but turning her down would seem like I was being petty just because Alexander favored her over me. I shut the door close and walked in her direction. Sitting across from her, I stood quiet and waited for her to initiate the conversation. I can’t believe I was actually in a situation like this… I thought it only happens in those movies made by humans but oh well, I hope this won’t turn into a disaster.
“Alexander told me…” she said, “He said that you were just pretending to be sick to get his attention.”
What? I cannot believe he actually told her that! I was not pretending to be sick! I wanted to yell at her and claim my innocence but I could not do it because if she asks me why I fainted twice, I had nothing to say. Even I became so weirded out with my own body, and not to mention, I just lost my sense of taste.
