HORACE

I didn't care about what people would think about my decisions... All I was ready to do was deal with people who disrespected my mate.

This incident is going to stand as a lesson to those who are still planning to be unruly.

I looked around, satisfied that Nora wasn't here to see such a scene unfold because, definitely, she would not allow me to make a sure decision.

As soon as they raised their swords, I turned my face to my side, not wanting to ruin my sight.

I heard a heartbreaking sound as the sword made contact with the lady's flesh.

I could hear the cries of other wolves as the sword sliced through her, her head falling and rolling on the floor of the platform.

Standing up from my chair, I faced the crowd, their cries and noise lessened. "This should stand as a warning to the rest of you... I would not think twice before wiping anyone who plans to make life unfortunate for my mate from this earth."
