CHAPTER SEVENTY-TWO

VLAD

It has been weeks since I've been stalking through the shadows in the woods, concealed by the darkness as I watched Nora's every move.

I had also seen Marcel a couple of times as he watched her as well, but unknown to him, I was still doing the same.

I couldn't imagine the outrage that would occur in less time than I expected. She looked broken, trying to pick up the pieces of her life even though she became the Luna of the pack.

I was certain that she didn't want her life to be the way it was.

But still, I can't leave her untaken care of... she will be the cause of so much evil untold.

I had thought of revealing myself to her, but I think I should wait longer.

I turned in the direction of the door as it screeched open. Marcel walked in with a long face, probably because he didn't like the task assigned to him. The fact he didn't like it, is the main reason I made him do it, so he would be heartless about what he doesn't care about and finish up his task.
