Megan, the guard assigned to us, kept ignoring Aubrey and I as we asked for where we were headed. All the maids were dismissed, and we kept working into the woods.

There were no signs of people, and we were beginning to get worked up. My feet hurt and my head and back were hurting. I was pregnant, I didn't need all this stress.

And Seth's emotions were all around my mind. There was a wave of disappointment, then it turned to anger.

I do hope the war was going well. I didn't want to ever lose him.

And my brother, and Connor, my first ever friend.

I didn't want to lose anyone of them.

"Hey guard girl. This is the tenth time I'm asking you, where are we headed? I do not see any hideout in sight, and the Luna is pregnant. You are to answer her questions if you are going to put her at risk."

Megan still refused to answer Aubrey, and she let out a loud groan of frustration. Megan kept doing that, ignoring our questions and it was getting really irritating.
