Sixty- seven

Eira’s POV

I don't know whether to lie that Dolphus had agreed to come, or just tell the truth because the last night I asked him, he had told me to discard the idea. Now I’m scared that if I told Selene that, she might not even want to rethink going out of the Palace.

“Uhmm.. He had agreed earlier, but you know we had a fight. I don't know about his decision for now but when I get back, I will ask him again and give you a response tomorrow. What do you think about that?” I answered, saying half truth and half lie.

Well, the lie won't matter if I managed to persuade Dolphus to go with us and that's going to be my top priority when I get back to the courtyard.

I will ask him to go with us. Maybe even coerce him a little bit.

“Oh, that's okay. Make sure you tell me his decisions tomorrow, you know by next tomorrow you are going to the mountains and we won't see until a few hours, ” Selene mumbled.

That's when I remembered the questions that had been on my mind since.
