Chapter 1

      The last war between the vampire and the wolves was the most chaotic war recorded in time, millions of lives lost , all for the throne of power. During this time children under 12 were kept hidden to avoid the total wipe out of the vampires and wolves. The war went on and on for months until almost all the vampires and wolves were wiped out, only very few could survive the war . It was at this point the Greatest Dhampir ‘Master Drogo’ decided to create a paranormal realm where all young paranormal creatures could live, and a realm where vampires and wolves were kept apart to avoid the outbreak of another war. He called this realm “Horror academy”.

     The sky was dark and the moon was bright, it seemed like every normal day at Horror academy. The vampires sat enjoying their meals as they chatted and laughed out loudly. Suddenly the hall became silent on the arrival of the primus “Achax” A tall, built, charming yet dangerous vampire, his eyes sparkled like the sun even in the dark, he was the strongest vampire and the most feared one in the realm. He proceeded to the front of the hall and announced.

     “Dark day vampires!”.

     “A day when the vampires shall shine!” the vampires replied.

     “Master Drogo has an important announcement to make, you have five minutes to finish up and gather at the main hall” Achax said and left the hall.

       The vampires used up the five minutes they had to discuss on what they thought Master Drogo was going to announce. The time soon arrived and all the vampires were silently gathered in the hall to receive the announcement as they waited for Master Drogo’s arrival . It was just a minute past Master Drogo arrival that he began passing the announcements.

     “Dark day vampires!”.

      “A day when vampires shall shine” the vampires replied.

     “As you all know there has been a long lasting stonewall between the vampires and the wolves” he said and paused as he studied the expressions on every vampires face then he continued.

     “ you’d all be visiting the wolf realm the day after tomorrow on a quest of research and you’d be respectful and cause no chaos, anyone who proceeds to cause any havoc would be punished severely” he paused again and smiled then added “I love it when shock hits you in the face but you can’t react to it, how pathetic, you may leave” he finally concluded.

     It didn’t take minutes after they left the hall before indistinct murmurs filled the atmosphere. The news of the vampires visiting the wolves was quite alarming, what suddenly happened to the ban on vampires seeing wolves.

     “this is crazy, why’d he do such a thing” Achax said brain storming.

     “What’re you thinking about?” Elvira questioned as she sat beside Achax.

     “ it’s just the whole research thing there must be a reason for what he’s doing, what’s he thinking?” Achax said and turned to face Elvira.

     “I can’t answer that but one thing I know is , Master Drogo knows best he would only do what’s right for everyone” Elvira said with a big smile.

      “ you seem happy, what’s the occasion?” he asked curiously.

 Just as she was about giving a reply Asami walked in on them and chimed in with a “is it just me or is this crazy” question.

      “you guys are just over reacting, I’m sure there’s a good reason” Elvira said rubbing her chin.

        Meanwhile the alpha wolf just stood sipping wine from his favorite glass as he received the news from his assistant ‘Elmira’ who was obviously panicking.

       “what are we going to do Conri ?” she asked curiously.

     “ get the place ready we shall receive the vampires and treat them respectfully” he said and took another sip from his glass.

     “how could you be so calm in a situation like this? there might just be another war if we let them in” Elmira said with concern in her eyes.

     “if a war should start let it be the vampires fault, and if a war should start we all know who would win” he said and smirked.

       Suddenly the door snapped open, it was Tyr, Conri’s best friend. He approached Conri with dozens of questions before saying.

      “ We can’t let them in”.

     “and why not ? are you scared of vampires now?” Conri returned with a scoff as he dropped his glass.

     “do you have a plan?” Tyr questioned.

      “ wolves are always smarter” he said with a smirk as he picked up another glass.

      The next day Master Drogo was having a quiet meditation when Achax suddenly barged in and demanded attention, Master Drogo simply exhaled and continued his meditation. He knew what Achax was here for but he preferred to ignore him.

      “why are you doing this? What’s your motive? Why aren’t you talking to me?” Achax suddenly broke out.

      “ I’m in no good mood son” Master Drogo said with his eyes closed.

      “ I’m not here as your son but as the Primus of the vampires” Achax returned.

      “ is that so? Then act like you came here to see the overall master and not your father or else I smite you” Master Drogo said as he rose.

      “ my sincere apologies Master Drogo, Dark day!” Achax said abruptly.

       “Dark day ! To you too Primus, what do you need? if it’s for me to cancel the research I’m afraid I can’t” Master Drogo said with a smile.

      “why? You made it” Achax said.

      “ the Alpha wolf is already aware and has sent a message of approval” Master Drogo said.

      “he agreed?” Achax said silently and then scoffed.

      “what were you expecting? He isn’t scared of you or any of your vampires” Master Drogo said as he took a glass of water.

        Achax was physically still for a moment, but his mind kept on racing ,thoughts kept on dropping. Why did he accept the proposal?, Things kept on going through his mind until Master Drogo tapped him and handed him the glass of water.

       “ I’ve never seen this particular expression on your face, what’s this called? fear?”.

       “wolves are always smart, he has a plan, but vampires would prove smarter” Achax said and walked out.

        “ misleading is yet their greatest power, of course they’re smart” he said and smiled broadly.

         Achax hurriedly walked up to Asami and Elvira, anyone would have sensed tension in Achax eyes, his eyes were deemed and he was almost sweating. He suddenly held Asami shoulders tight and stared into her eyes.

      “did you see anything, visions, dreams?” he asked curiously.

      “You need to get your act together Achax, the vampires are staring and your eyes are deemed” Elvira whispered.

      “ he accepted the proposal” he said with his eyes opened.

       “he had no other choice, it was the master’s wish, he can’t disregard it like you normally do, he doesn’t have that much connection with Master Drogo” Asami said.

       “ I’m over thinking, it’s bad” he said and exhaled.

       “ by the way ,about my vision I haven’t seen any lately” Asami said.

       “ I know he has a plan, he’s out for me, he’d get me” Achax said silently to himself.
