“I didn't expect things would turn out this way. But I must say fate is really on our side.” Elizabeth sounded jubilant when she met with Leila and Declan later in the week.

Declan smacked his lips in delight, “when Leila had found out about her father's recent death sentence, I thought it was a joke. It's obvious the Alpha's family is keeping it a secret for now. Sour for them, sweet for us.” He grinned.

Elizabeth nodded along, she didn't fail to notice Leila's unusual quietness. Since the both of them had reached a compromise, Elizabeth had given up on trying to conquer the girl. No doubt, she is the same as her. And it was hard conquering one's lookalike,
