Chapter 202

Damian and his companions walked through the forest until they reached the edge of the mountain. There they found a large rock formation shaped like a bowl. On either side of the bowl, the ground sloped downward.

"This is the bowl that Grandad and Uncle Zoltan used to explore in," Damian said. "Now it's the safest place in the world."

"Does it lead anywhere?" Martin asked.

"No," Damian replied. "It's just a big hill."

"Well, it can't hurt to take a quick look," Martin said. "If it doesn't work out, we can always try again later."

"Good point," Damian said. "Let's see what's at the bottom of this bowl."

Damian climbed down into the bowl. It was slightly higher than the bottom of the forest, but not by much.

"What do you think?" Damian whispered to Michael.

"I don't know," Michael answered. "It's hard to tell."
