Chapter 29

"Use the door!"

Robert yelled as his gaze continued to fix on his son.

The door opened and in walked Eli

"What?"

Asked Robert not looking up. Eli sighed and shook his head.

"For once, can he be nicer? Always looking grumpy and sad"

He thought and mastered a smile.

"Your father wants you to visit him"

Eli said and stepped back a little so that if Robert flared up like he always does, he would be safe because as far as he is concerned, the news is not a pleasant one and Robert hates it when his father demands his presence.

Robert clenched his fist, Kyle stared at him waiting for his normal reaction but what happened next surprised all three of them

"Alright, I will see him"

Was Robert's simple reply. He had concluded yesterday he would see his father. Eli gasped while Kyle had a huge confusion on his face. Robert was equally surprised at himself for agreeing so easily.

"Sir, are you sure?"

Eli had to be sure that he heard his boss correctly. A situation where he would make arrangeme
