EIGHTY TWO

Third person’s POV

The day was going rather slowly and agonizingly for Calan; he had woken up this morning feeling rather shitty but he had pulled himself together and acted like all was fine because Alexa had been by his side, he hadn’t wanted to worry her in anyway, plus, he hadn’t thought it was serious. He had simply been dizzy and nauseous, his head ached and his chest felt unnaturally heavy.

“Why don’t you go ahead and get ready for classes?”. He said to Alexa. He had wanted her to leave him as soon as possible just in case things went south.

And when he had been left alone he had laid still for a while hoping the dizziness would subside, it had worked, and he was glad. He had pulled himself together, showered and gotten set for work, he had even tried to have breakfast with Alexa but the nausea just wouldn’t let him be.

“You’re not eating”. Alexa had pointed out.

And he had told her that he wasn’t hungry.

It was only when she reminded him that he had barely eaten his dinne
