After that I continued with my task, making sure that things were settled. I needed to make sure that a lot of tasks were taken care of and that things were finished in the end. I just couldn't stand there and sit idle without accomplishing a lot of tasks.

And moreover, most of the paperwork needed to be done on that same day, so as to allow space for new ones. It wasn't an easy one, but it was a necessity.
