My family will be complete again...

Leon's words, not mine. But I'd be lying if I said it didn't make me feel giddy. He'd obviously been talking about me and him and Georgina as a family which meant that he liked me.

My husband liked me and I was so happy I wanted to jump for joy but I didn't because I was the Queen. Queens don't act like teenage girls whose crush reciprocated their feelings and asked them to prom.

"How's your hand?". He asked me.

"Getting better." I lied. It still hurt like hell - even more than when I just injured myself but I couldn't tell him that.

"I don't believe you." He said.

"Oh well." I sighed. "It feels like I'm being poked with a knife continuously. I talked to doctor Andrea while you were asleep and she said that she might prescribe something stronger for me if it continues."

"I'm sorry." He apologized. "You're hurting because of me."

"It's nothing. It's partly my fault as well." I told him. "I bugged you and I shouldn't have done that.
