Chapter Eighteen

I begin to make my way down the huge staircase in the pack house, nobody was around like they have been normally. This factor caused an uneasy feeling to spread throughout my body, I would see this when I first arrived here. The halls would be abandoned, and the entire town resembled a ghostly set, as if I wasn’t allowed to see what was happening. Was that done intentionally before, maybe they didn’t want me to see them all turn into wolves!

But deep down I knew it was best nobody was here, now I know they are all really werewolves which have the ability to tear me apart limb from limb, I needed some space to try and get my head around it all. I soon reach the pack house door and enter into the twilight sky, this seeming to be the atmosphere I’ve been faced with lately.

I take a deep breath in, allowing the crips air to run through my body before making my way down the steps and following the path. This was one I hadn’t taken before, which was certainly, also a running theme in my lif
