Chapter Forty-Two

The closer that we would walk towards the huge crowd of people, the darker the entire atmosphere which engulfed us felt. I tried to remain calm by slowing my breathing, but every time each pack member would look over at me worried, I would only panic that much more.

I really hope they aren’t expecting me to stop this, I know Asher listened to me this first time, but there would be no way he’ll listen to me after the incredibly lengthy list of awful things that Spencer had done.

More and more people begin to join the already, gigantic sea of people crowding around the stage like structure in front of us. Before we could become members of the group, three men in suits stand in front of me blocking me from being able to move.

“Hello Luna, we need you to sign these documents before the execution.” One man which I soon realise was from that meeting I had with Asher says, but due to the situation we were standing in at the moment, it was getting a little overwhelming.

“Documents for what?”
