The Primordial Ritual I

When I heard his voice soothing the warmth from my ears, it seemed as though time had stopped. The tone of the voice causes the heat that is still present to prickle every hair on my body.

I should feel as if I'm being drenched in ice-cold water, untouched by the hypnotic effect of each breath he takes, while his penetrating gazes almost tore my soul apart, yet I was powerless to reject his words.

My last option in this circumstance would be to sigh and shake my head, but I chose to do it right away. I can tell he's interested in what I might say because I'm staring at those mysterious golden orbs he possesses.

I moved in the same manner he did, crouching down by his face and whispering just loudly enough for him to hear that his breath was caught in the words I was saying.

"Whatever I create doesn't really matter to you, Casimir. There is no love in our relationship. We are merely here to enjoy each other. We are constrained by this loveless arrangement
