Sally's POVJust as I was a foot away, I was pulled back with force. It was as if an invisible string or giant rubber band was tied around my waist so that a group of people pulled me backward like a slingshot.The pull woke me gasping for air, with my lungs screaming for air, and my throat dry as if I'd been left in the desert for a long time.
