Beep. Beep. Beep.

What was that annoying sound? I tried to open my eyes, but it felt as if they weighed a ton.

The sounds continued repeatedly, pulling me from the darkness.

I blinked twice before my eyes got used to the light. I looked around my surroundings and saw that I was in a way too familiar hospital room. I was back in the hospital. With the white walls and ceilings and grey hospital gowns. Was this Maya's hospital?

What happened? I thought to my self.

I closed my eyes and tried to remember what happened to me and how I got here.
