Chapter 18

"I, Grayson Ember Vasquez-Lopez, hereby accept you, Gabriel Daemon Lupa, as my mate," I say, before crashing my lips onto his. I feel him smile into the kiss, and I smile too. His kisses start trailing down my jaw, down my neck, and stop at the spot where my neck meets my shoulder.

"Are you sure you want me to mark you? There's no going back after this," He states. I feel my body getting even warmer.

"Yes, mark me, just do it," I breathe out. He stares into my eyes for a second, before returning back to my neck. I can't help but moan, getting lost in the feeling of pleasure, until it happens. He finally digs his fangs into me, making me scream out in pain, sliding down the tree. The feeling of extreme warmth finally goes away, and the headaches too. The tiredness, however, stays. So I just close my eyes, feeling like taking a nap.

After a moment, Gabe takes his fangs out, and starts licking the wound, sealing his mark on my body. Now I'm his, forever.
