Tabitha called out to Oscar from her cell in the dungeon, hoping he could hear her. She had been imprisoned there since her former alpha had captured her and Oscar, his beta wolf who betrayed him.

Tabitha knew she would never get out of that dungeon because of what she did to the alpha's Luna, Amelia. Tabitha had been his lover for years, but now he had decided to move on. She had been plotting with Oscar was the only one who had stayed by her side throughout this ordeal.

"Oscar, do not forget me when you go to Blare," she pleaded.

Oscar stopped and looked back at her. He was going to be sent to Blare to in exchange for Amelia. He knew that Tabitha wanted him to stay and help her escape, but he did not care for her anymore. He had Blare now, a more powerful ally. He did not need Tabitha anymore. He realized that he had gotten caught because of her. She was too emotional and had caused his silent revenge to be know, also, he hurt Amelia and he secretly wanted to kill her for that.
